Professor David Collins is a very well-respected academic who has developed work which uses stories and storytelling, as he puts it, ‘to redeem organizational culture’. David has written extensively on ‘organizational change’; ‘management fashion’; ‘management’s gurus’; and on ‘organizational storytelling’ and has twice been recognised by the British Academy of Management for his research.
Claudia has 20 years of experience and solid expertise in Organisational Development and HR management, both as corporate manager and as consultant. Her interest in human resources spans over the specificities of the domain into behavioral theories, neuro-sciences, anthropology and sociological observations.
