Managing Director

Andrew has 25 years of international business experience, as a head-hunter, management consultant and learning facilitator. Most clients associate Andrew with using a charismatic and inspirational style of consulting that is demanding, motivational and effective.

Prof. David Colins

Consultant

Professor David Collins is a very well-respected academic who has developed work which uses stories and storytelling, as he puts it, ‘to redeem organizational culture’.  David has written extensively on ‘organizational change’; ‘management fashion’; ‘management’s gurus’; and on ‘organizational storytelling’ and has twice been recognised by the British Academy of Management for his research.

Oana Grosu

Oana has 16 years of experience in Recruitment and HR, both as a consultant and as an industry manager. She combines a determined and structured approach to research with a strong commercial instinct and drive that produces unusually effective results for clients.

Bogdan has 11 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development. His background in Cybernetics supports him to have a structured approach in his work, and also to connect human behaviour to statistics in a meaningful way.
