There is no doubt that Learning & Development processes have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, but just how big was the impact? Are we looking at a world where L&D will never be the same as it was, or ar we just waiting for this to be over so we can pick up from where we left off? We want to support the L&D community to become more relevant to you - be it consulting companies, like ours, L&D shared services, or internal L&D departments - so we are conducting this survey to help us understand the impact of Covid on L&D, and what we'll be dealing with in the future.

We will send the results of the survey to all participants, and we'll also be posting some of the information on our webpage, for public access.

The survey addresses HR and L&D Management Roles, as well as other decision makers, like CEO's or General Managers, and it takes about 10 minutes to complete.
