Module 3 - Leadership

This was a great expereince in sharing experiences and building knowldge of different models of leadership, how they affect the development and delivery of strategy.  Then playing with contemporary case studies from Romania and the wider world to examine the real world difficluties and challneges of connecting leadership to strategy and models of motivation.  Thank you to all participants for a really high level of engagment and reflection.
