Introduction
Too many managers and executives don’t really understand what strategy is and how it is related to, but different from, planning and operations. The programme is designed to enable participants to break through the glass ceilings that are created by failing to think beyond operational efficiencies and planning how to use existing resources. The ability to develop and deliver business strategy unlocks business potential and individual careers by focussing thought and effort around value creation and not just task efficiency. Participants will learn the vocabulary of the global boardroom, which is key to being taken seriously at a certain level, through the practical application of knowledge to real cases studies.
