Retained Hires

For strategic planned hires we recommend a retained approach since it enables us to allocate dedicated resource to your assignment. In addition to a database search and networking, for retained clients, we undertake a head-hunting search of a targeted sector. Retained clients receive a regular report allowing them to actively track assignment progress, plan their diaries to allow for interview scheduling and a map of the talent capabilities in their sector.

Contingency Hires

We do accept contingency assignments for senior roles and sometimes present senior candidates to clients, on a contingency basis. Where you would like us to look out for, but not actively target, particular candidates, or would like to receive senior candidates profiles on a speculative basis, this is a useful way to proceed.
